OCIA - The Catholic Faith explained

The "OCIA" refers to the "Order of Christian Initiation of Adults," and it is the process by which adults enter the Catholic Church. This process involves learning about the Catholic Faith over the course of several months and, if the person desires to do so, culminates with the celebration of the "sacraments of Christian initiation," including baptism (if one is not already baptized), confirmation, and the reception of the Holy Eucharist (Holy Communion). The exact steps involved may vary depending upon one's situation.

Starting on Tuesday, October 15th, 2024 at 7 p.m., and for each Tuesday thereafter until the completion of the course, Fr. Jason will be teaching an overview of the Catholic Faith. People who are not Catholic, but are interested in learning more about the Faith and possibly becoming Catholic, or those who are Catholic but want to review and learn more about their Faith, are invited to attend these classes.
