Join us at Holy Rosary on August 24th, from 5-7 p.m., for a "Back to School" party, followed at 7:00 p.m. for a teacher/parent meeting. Classes begin on September 7th, 2022.

The theme for this year’s celebration is “In Old Age They Will Still Bear Fruit” (Ps. 92:15). This theme is meant to emphasize how grandparents are a gift to society and the Church. This year, Pope Francis is also extending the opportunity for a plenary indulgence “to the faithful who devote adequate time to visit, in presence or virtually, through the media, their elderly brothers and sisters in need or in difficulty” on July 24. Natural Family Planning is a term for natural methods used to achieve or avoid pregnancies based on naturally occurring signs and symptoms a woman is exhibiting. Our "CCD" classes for youth begin on Wednesday, September 11th, at both parishes. Adult classes, also offered on Wednesdays in Stanley, will begin October 9th. For details, contact the parish office.

The Solemnity of the Assumption of Mary is on Thursday, August 15th, and is a holy day of obligation. Plan to attend Mass at 5:15 p.m. at Queen of the Most Holy Rosary or at 7:00 p.m. at Saint Ann.

Due to the Vacation Bible School on August 6th-8th, Mass at Holy Rosary will be at 4:00 p.m. each of those three days. See the bulletin for details.

Our parishes have purchased a subscription to FORMED, which is sort of a "Catholic Netflix." Our subscription allows all of our parishioners, at both parishes, access to a large number of video-based study programs on Scripture and other Catholic topics, entertaining movies, informative and entertaining talks like those in our old Lighthouse CD racks in our churches, and also a large library of eBooks. All of this content can be accessed via a web browser on your computer, or via an app on your iPad, iPhone, or Android device. You can also get access by installing the “FORMED” app from the app store on your device.

Due to bad weather, and a worse forecast, the 11:00 Mass at St. Ann on Sunday, January 27th, has been cancelled.

The weather is expected to deteriorate significantly around the time classes begin, and continue to worsen as the evening goes on. Thus, all classes are cancelled tonight, 1/23/2019.
