Parishes in the Diocese of Bismarck were planning to take up a special collection on the weekend of October 8th for the benefit of victims of Hurricane Irma and its aftermath. Since those plans were made another hurricane, Maria, has caused further damage. In addition, several earthquakes have caused massive devastation in Mexico. Donations taken up on the weekend of October 8th will now be divided between these important causes and forwarded to the Catholic Charities and Catholic Relief Services organizations which can provide the needed help. Make donations payable to Queen of the Most Holy Rosary or Saint Ann, place them in an envelope marked "disaster relief," drop them in the weekend collection or at the office, and they will be forwarded on to those in need.
Join us after the 11 o'clock Mass on Sunday, September 17th, for sloppy joes, hot dogs, pulled pork sandwiches, chips, and chocolate chip cookies. Free will offerings for the meal will go to support the work of Queen of the Most Holy Rosary's Altar Society. Come hungry!
