January 1st is the Solemnity of Mary, the Mother of God. Normally, this is a holy day of obligation. But this year, since it falls on a Monday, it is not an obligation for us to attend. Due to snow, there will be the usual CCD classes in Stanley from 3-5, but NOT from 7-8. The evening caroling has been cancelled in Stanley. Likewise, the Christmas program and supper at St. Ann in Berthold has been rescheduled for January 3rd at 6 p.m.

The graveside service for Carol Linster will take place at Fairview Cemetery in Stanley on Tuesday, December 19th, at 2:00 p.m. All other funeral liturgies for Carol will take place at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church in Minot.
The funeral vigil service for Lloyd Uran will take place at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 19th, in Queen of the Most Holy Rosary Church. The funeral Mass will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 20th, also in the church.
Friday, December 8th, is the Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary, a holy day of obligation. Mass times are as follows: 7:15 a.m. at Queen of the Most Holy Rosary, Stanley; 5:15 p.m. at Queen of the Most Holy Rosary, Stanley; 7:30 p.m. at St. Ann, Berthold.
